Wheatgrass woes

Here's the first week of my diet exposition! YAY ME!!!!

Today is: Monday, May 18, 2009
Weight: 145.4
Complexion: Fair. A little splotchy, a little oily, but no more than usual
Overall feeling: After the wheatgrass, a little ill to the stomach, but nothing to worry about.
Planned activities for the day: Cleaning my room, DDR, and work
How I have slipped: None yet, but as I work in a bakery, I have a feeling I will be snapping my elastic quite a bit.

PS: Had 1 ½ cheese buns with cream cheese.

 

Today is: Tuesday, May 19, 2009
Weight: 145.6
Complexion: Better, but that’s just cause I haven’t been picking at my face
Overall feeling: Fine. A little queasy...
Planned activities for the day: -325 calories from DDR, Yoga, Stretches, and photographing my mom’s Red Cross shindig
How I have slipped: Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler for breakfast. FAIL

PS: Went up and down more stairs than I can count. Stupid gala things. Stayed away from the chocolate tray and focussed on the fruit. But, I had grilled cheese for lunch... Is that a bad thing?

 

Today is: Wednesday, May 20, 2009
Weight: 146.0
Complexion: Same as yesterday
Overall feeling: Good.
Planned activities for the day: -325 calories on DDR, Yoga, 8 hr work day
How I have slipped: I’ve only eaten one meal, and I don’t think I’ll eat much for dinner. That’s something I need to work on. Maybe I’ll pack something and take it to work.

PS: Left early from work and went to the strippers. I am now determined to take pole dancing lessons.

 

Today is: Thursday, May 21, 2009
Weight: 147.5
Complexion: Same as yesterday
Overall feeling: Lazy and cold.
Planned activities for the day: I worked for 2 hours, Biked to and from work. I have to meet my friends about Grad, but I don’t think I have anything active today planned. I think I may play some DDR, but I’m kinda tiiiired.
How I have slipped: Uh... Nothing so far... Other than the sin of Sloth

PS: Biked to Second Cup, to The Mall, Pasta Pantry, then home. Had a LOVELY coffee with my boyfriend :D He’s so cute!!

 

Today is: Friday, May 22, 2009
Weight: 144.4
Complexion: Better. Clean
Overall feeling: Good :D I’ve done a lot today.
Planned activities for the day: -325 calories on DDR, Yoga, and Ab work. Then I get to go to camp!!! YAY! /SARCASM
How I have slipped: Hmm... Had lunch right after breakfast, and had thick soup... but no harm done, I think...

PS: Gone to guide camp. I’ll keep a record of everything but my weight. And I won’t have my Wheatgrass
